Admin Capabilities: Tasks

If you are an admin for your school, you can set tasks and review work completed for any of the classes in your school, even if you are not the class teacher.

Setting tasks for multiple classes

Go to the Topics page, and click “Create Task” for the topic you are interested in.

Use the drop-down list to choose the class(es) required.

Set the start and due dates, and if required use the Advanced Options to select particular levels and/or write a message to your students. When you’re ready, click “create task”.

Reviewing work done

Use the sidebar to navigate to the admin panel for Classes & Students.

Scroll to the class you wish to view and click the green “Mark Book” button.

You can now view the mark book and task summaries in the same manner as the class teacher.

If you wish to view recent tasks set for a particular class, go to “Your Tasks”. The drop-down list includes all classes in your school.

Exporting data

You can export data on completed tasks by navigating to “Export Data” using the sidebar.

Then choose the relevant class and click the blue “export” button. Alternatively, export data for your whole school by using the green “whole school export” button.
