- How To Export Data From Blutick
You can export data for any of your classes using a task summary, or from Your Classes.
Teachers with Admin capabilities can export data for any of the classes in their School from the Export Data page.
From the Task Summary
Near the top of the page you will see a grey box labelled “CSV”. Click this to download a file containing the information on the task summary you are viewing, with an overview of the whole class.
From Your Classes
Scroll to the bottom of the Your Classes page to see a dropdown menu labelled “Export Progress Data”.
Choose the appropriate class(es), and click “Export”.
This will download a file containing the information contained in the mark book. If you open this as a spreadsheet each student appears on a separate tab, with a summary of tasks completed.
When multiple classes are selected, they export to a zip file.
Alternatively, click “Whole School Export” to download data for all the students in the school.
From Export Data
Teachers with Admin capabilities can export data for any of the classes in their School from the Export Data page.
Use the sidebar to navigate to School → Export Data.
Choose the appropriate class(es), and click “Export”.
Alternatively, click “Whole School Export” to retrieve data for all the students in the school.
