How to Set Personalised Courses for Students Based on Exam Results

Blutick produces recommended topics for students based on each exam performance. This easily converts into a course of work to allow them to target their weakest areas and build up their knowledge. Click here for more information on Courses.

This guide shows you how to set personalised courses for students based on their exam results. Students can also set these courses for themselves independently – click here to find out how.

How to see your students’ Recommended Topics

First, go to Manage Tests and Exams using the sidebar menu and then click the green “View Results” button.

On your Exam Summary page, click the “eye” icon to view the full working for any of your students.

Now you’re on the working page, click the purple “View Recommended Topics” button to display the main areas that the student struggled with in the exam.

How to set a Course from the Recommended Topics

To set a Course for any given student, click “Create a Course” while viewing their Recommended Topics.

To set Courses for multiple students, start on the Exam Summary page and tick the boxes for the appropriate students.

Then scroll down and click the “Create Catch Up Course” button.
