What are End of Topic Exams for?

EOT exams are ideal for assessments at the end of the school year, or at the end of a term. As well as assessing progress throughout a year, you can use EOT exams at the very start of a year or term as a diagnostic tool to inform your teaching.

All of our exams are based on real past papers set to students in the UK.

How to make EOT exams suit you

Customise the exam during setup: choose whether or not to randomise variables between students or if they can retake the exam. If you have students who need extra time, simply include that in the setup.

Teachers can even keep track of students’ working as they complete the exam in real time.

How are EOT exams marked?

Blutick EOT exams are marked automatically – simply check over your class results either by student or by question, in case we’ve missed anything. On average, the mark given by the Blutick Exams feature is within 10% of the true mark.

Can EOT exams help my students?

If appropriate, you can set a “catch-up course” for students, which automatically focuses on the areas they struggled with the most.
